Questions

Do repairs cost extra?

Yes. You pay the technician's quoted rate for each job and approve quotes over a limit you set. During pilots we add no markup.

Do we have to stop using our dealer?

No. Many groups keep their dealer for installs and warranty work and use independent technicians for urgent repairs. Tended records both against the same asset.

Who does the walkthrough?

We do it on site for pilot locations. After that, an office manager can walk a new location with a phone in about 30 minutes.

Where do the label photos go?

Photos are read by our AI model provider to extract the label text, and are not used to train its models. Only the extracted fields are stored with your asset list.

Does Tended replace our infection control or radiation protocols?

No. Tended schedules and records the work your protocols, the equipment makers and your state require. Your clinical team still owns the protocols.
